I will not consume alcohol within 24 hours prior to my training session.
I will bring a valid government-issued photo ID or driver’s license on training day.
I have read the full course description and will arrive with all required equipment listed.
I understand this course involves live fire — I accept the inherent risks and acknowledge that liability rests with me as a participant, not with The Benjamin Guard or its instructors.
I understand that all instruction represents proven methodology and doctrine — outcomes depend on my own effort, preparation, and execution.
I will comply with all range rules and instructor direction — I understand that failure to do so may result in immediate removal without refund.
