You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Attempt to access any portion of the site not intended for public access
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
- Use the site to harass, threaten, or harm any person
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or duplicate any portion of the site
Payment — All course fees are charged at the time of enrollment via Stripe. Your enrollment is not confirmed until payment is complete.
Minimum enrollment — Courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If a course does not meet minimum enrollment, TBG reserves the right to cancel the course. In the event of a TBG-initiated cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds — All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations initiated by the participant. If you cannot attend a course you have paid for, contact us at info@thebenjaminguard.com at least 7 days before the course date and we will work with you to apply your payment toward a future course date. Requests made less than 7 days before the course date will not be honored.
Conduct — TBG reserves the right to remove any participant from a course at any time for unsafe behavior, failure to follow instructor directions, or conduct that endangers other participants. No refund will be issued in the event of removal for conduct.
Participation in any TBG course, range day, or facility access requires a signed liability waiver. You will not be permitted to participate without a completed waiver on file. Waivers must be signed personally — you may not sign on behalf of another adult.
Tactical training, firearms instruction, vehicle operations, and physical fitness activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and death. By participating in any TBG course or event you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them.
Shipping — Merchandise is fulfilled by Printful and shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Returns — We accept returns on defective or incorrectly fulfilled items only. Contact info@thebenjaminguard.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect. We do not accept returns for size exchanges or buyer's remorse.
Submission of an instructor application does not constitute an offer of employment or a contractor agreement. TBG makes no guarantee of approval, compensation, or placement. All application information is held in confidence and reviewed solely by TBG leadership.
All content on thebenjaminguard.com — including text, images, logos, course materials, and the TBG name and mark — is the property of The Benjamin Guard. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Benjamin Guard, its owners, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in any TBG course or event. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TBG services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hunt County, Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
