Tactical firearms training involves inherent risk of injury or death. All participants must complete a digital waiver before accessing the facility. By booking any course or range access, you acknowledge these risks.
All firearms rules apply at all times. Brass-cased ammunition only. Ear and eye protection mandatory. Consumption of alcohol or controlled substances before or during training is grounds for immediate removal without refund. TBG staff have final authority on all range decisions.
Daily passes: cancellations 48+ hours in advance receive full refund. Under 48 hours — no refund, credit toward future visit. Course bookings: cancellations 7+ days in advance receive full refund minus 10% processing fee. Under 7 days — no refund. Course cancellation by TBG due to insufficient enrollment: full refund issued.
Annual memberships are non-refundable after 30 days. Memberships are non-transferable. TBG reserves the right to revoke membership for violation of range rules or code of conduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any disputes shall be Hopkins County, Texas.
